Forbury residents Della, Gwen, Audrey, Beryl, Mary, Raymond, Iris, Jock, Jean, Tom and Sonia contributed short descriptions of their ‘delights’.. such as favourite pets, holidays, hobbies etc happy reminiscences along with other groups. These were compiled with illustrations into a book of Delights. If anyone is interested in buying a copy of this wonderful book, they are on sale via The Forbury for £6.00 each.

Dear All

We are currently in the process of delivering certificates and taking pictures.   For those of you who we have already visited you can see those pictures here

We hope to have got around everyone by early next week.

We had hoped to hold the ceremony at the Dudley Canal Trust but as the lifting of COVID restrictions has been delayed we have decided rather than delay the ceremony further we will conduct it virtually

The link is an open one, so if any colleagues or residents want to watch they are more than welcome to.  They can also register to watch through our website https://www.wmca.care/awards

The ceremony will also be recorded for those unable to join and will be published on the awards page later that day.

Once the ceremony is over, we will contact the individual winners to arrange delivery of the award trophies.

It is our intention after COVID restrictions are removed to invite you all to a Celebration of Care event in the Autumn, in the meantime we look forward to seeing you on the 6^th July.
